Introductory free US shipping

Standard shipping is USD 0 for eligible United States delivery addresses during this promotion. Select Free Standard Shipping — United States at checkout. STEM Tane covers the standard delivery cost. This offer does not include expedited services or import charges. Other countries are not included in this introductory offer.

Order processing

Processing depends on supplier availability and the selected product. We confirm the processing and delivery estimate after reviewing the order. Weekends, public holidays and peak seasons may require additional time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping route and destination and begin after dispatch. They are not guaranteed dates. We do not promise a fixed delivery window before the route is confirmed.

International customs and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or local compliance requirements. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.

Tracking

We email tracking information after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. Some postal services provide limited tracking after an order enters the destination country.

Delays and lost parcels
